I have a great passion for my work. I train workers to improve our Standard of work. I prefer to be hands-on, which allows me to relate personally to workers in order to monitor all floor activities. I follow a QMS System. I compile an approved QCP, ensuring all procedures and Qualifications are authorised. Fillup a traceable weld book with fool history from start to finish. My actual strength is my personal experiences as a welder, pipefitter, well-qualified boilermaker. As an inspector, most of the time I don't scrap the job, but rather train you not to repeat. Under the employment crisis Companies or to friends use me only for assistance, to upgrade their staff to make them competent to reach their criteria of Contracts. (Freelance). Ass a passion, my wish is to upgrade instructors and assessors to improve our standard of training. There are many training centres but no Artisans. I have no friends but love camping, fishing and exploring nature with my family. My salary was always negotiable due to my passion or not an issue.
