I am an extremely goal driven lady, a definite go getter with great perseverance. I work well under pressure and can work both independently and in a team. I am meticulous and take pride in my work. I plan strategically and push to meet targets and deadlines and finish tasks on hand. I am a people’s person and I love to build strong relationships. I have learnt to have a strong mind set, make good decisions and fix problems. I believe a business is built on good work ethics, great relationships and hard work. I am very motivated and dedicated and I thrive to learn and grow in whatever I set out to do. I have done the following courses: First Aid level 1 and 2 - Microsoft Excel Level 1/2 and 3 - Telephone Impact and Customer Services - Customer Service Improvement Program - Microsoft Office 365 - Import and Exports course. I am fully Computer literate and have worked on the following packages - Microsoftword/excel/powerpoint/email/internet/QuickBooks/Pastel/Syspro
