I am a 38 year wife and mother of two. I have been in a home baker since childhood with a passion for trying different recipes. I have a Diploma in Patisserie from Capsicum Culinary Studio and I have some industry experience as a trainee pastry chef at Simply Devine Restaurant in Port Elizabeth where I excelled and was recommended for a job after I graduated. I have a portfolio of evidence for all the different products I have produced.
