It is also an ideal platform for Aids Awareness presentations and discussions. To monitor and ensure that the operational, Quality, Health and Safety procedures and systems are implemented and adhered to, within the timeframes to achieve objectives. To maintain safe working procedures. To ensure good housekeeping. To optimize Efficiencies in the Mill. To analyze Statistical data related to Mill performance. I am responsible for the “Design & Development” projects at Prilla. I conduct product & Process Research, conduct Trials, analyze & evaluate the Trials, methodically implement New interventions. I also conduct Mill Audits (across the factory). I also conduct Internal ISO Audits (across the organization). Not only to address complaints, but, to conduct courtesy calls. PROCESS AUDITING & PROJECT MANAGER To conduct a minimum of twenty technical orientated machine audits per month, submitting the audit reports to the Maintenance manager. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS To complete the complaint procedure on 90% of all complaints within 5 working days from date of receiving a signed copy from the Factory Manager, measured monthly. STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROLL To manage the above by using the information generated in a way that result in a downward trend of valid complaints, yarn returns and claim settlements measured quarterly. RISK To identify risks and take mitigating action to situations that could have a negative impact on productivity, quality or safety in your area of responsibility.
