My experience: - Member of a R&D Team developing new polyethylene plastic Products (Electrical kiosks, Slack boxes, Battery Box, Pole mount boxes,…); working from initial concept, designing ,prototyping, machining, testing, release, costing as well as quotation and liaising with clients; - Mould designer for rotor-moulding machines (Steel Mould and Aluminium Mould); CAD work with AutoDesk inventor to design components, Tooling and Jigs and work closely with steel fabrication department; - Determine amount of powder (in Kg) needed for specific wall thickness of a plastic rotor-moulded product; - CNC punching programming using Trutops software to fabricate electrical steel kiosks as well as make program for gland plates, brackets, hot roll busbars and manage a group of operators to complete daily production tasks; - Knowledge on machine operation such as CNC milling machine (Megamill-1500F) as well as CNC punching machine (Trumatic 260 rotation); - Member of Occupational Health & Safety committee, meeting monthly to review basic principles of H&S Act, minimum requirements for compliancy to the Act; - Keep record of RCM maintenance sheets; - Basics skills in Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and project.
