I have worked in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years, starting as a technician and working my way up to managing a team of 300 technicians and engineers. During this time, I have been involved in various departments and have been responsible for rolling out and writing training and maintenance guidelines for broadband products and services. I also led a team of technicians and engineers in network engineering, as well as RAN Network, to build mobile networks. I have a strong passion for digitalization and have graduated from WITS in the field of "Digital Management". My experience, qualifications (including an MBA), and digital knowledge have enabled me to transform operations across various business units within my current occupation, which include Data and Advanced Services, Regional Network Engineering, Telkom Mobile, and Project Management.
