Current Functions & & Responsibilities: • Lead the technological advancement of the company in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development. • Identify potential business opportunities through Partners, Channels and Ancillaries and continuously build/grow relationships with new/existing clients. • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions to ensure an executed contract is achieved for Partners, Channels and Ancillaries. • Direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, security of information systems, telephony, network communications, and management information services, back-up, and disaster recovery procedures. • Maintain and validate operating policies and procedures for computing and information technology, including IT Governance aligned to King IV and COBIT 2019. • Identify innovative IT solutions within cost control and risk. • Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages within approved budget through risk analysis. • Contract Management, including negotiation, compilation, terms, SLA definition, renewals, amendments, and execution. • SLA management, including monitoring and management, with the relevant partner / stakeholder / suppliers. • Period and Quarterly Service Review meetings with Service Providers. • Run departments in accordance to set yearly budget. • Partner with stakeholders/partners to minimize/share project cost. • Draw up tactical plan on a yearly basis in line with corporate plan and shareholder compact. • Ensure that tactical plan is followed by whole department & company. • Responsible for localization of services, supplier development and transformation.
