I Rensia Webbstock have had over 20 yrs. experience in the Hospitality/ Restaurant Industry and financial & office administration. I am currently working as a grade R nd RR teacher at a school due to the socio economic situation of our country. My last employment in administration was at Matswani Private Reserve (5 Star Reserve) for just over two years. It was a five star game lodge which consists of 3 lodges and still expanding. I have learnt so much especially in the gaming industry. I have been involved at one stage in running all 3 lodges with my husband and have set up many control systems from FOH to food and beverages until they employed 4 extra Managers to help us out. I did all the finances and administration for the whole group .We had a very unique system which is very successful. We only dealt with the international market. The reason that we left was because we had a family tragedy which put us under tremendous pressure and had to learn to deal with it. I was at Tropicana River Lodge for 10 years with my husband as financial Manager who was the Director It was a 4 star hotel of which we built up from building stage to a 4 star hotel which has won 3 International World luxury hotel awards and many local awards as well as accolades. I have a wealth of experience and information that can be put to good cause. I really do think that I can be an asset to your organization and I am a go-getter I always believe in good quality service and have a very high regard for excellent guest and staff relationship. I always achieve my goals that I set. I pride myself in Hotel management, financial administration, operations, weddings, corporate functions, conferences and private functions as well as hygiene and cleanliness of our hotel and office. I am very strict but do believe in fairness. I have trained all my staff and have trained pupils from various schools.
