I obtained a Bachelors degree in Financial Management. Working experience began in Absa, in 2008, after 2 years, I decided to further my studies. 3-4 years later, I joined MMI Holdings (then Metropolitan). I was a Financial Advisor, offering insurance policies. I enjoyed giving my clients more customer service than actual selling of insurance products. It is important for the company, offering any product or service to offer top-notch client services, as poor client services damages the company's reputation and brand. I am the ideal candidate as I am patient with clients, I learn something new about the clients, which I then inform the company (I soon to work for should I be chosen for the job), on how to improve their product or services. I am currently unemployed and available immediately.
