I have had the opportunity to be part of many projects, some as a valued team member and some as the Head developer. The one thing that always keeps me going is getting the job done, and getting it done right. One must always take accountability/pride in anything one does. Communication is key to any project's success; I have always tried to endorse an open-door policy. As I do believe that I can always learn something new from someone.
