I am passionate about people and am able to build relationships at all levels. My ability to influence and champion change is recognised by all leaders I have worked with. I am skilled in organisational design and change management and have worked on a 5 year transformation project which with IT where we did a system migration. I supported the teams to shift to an agile work method. I managed the change and communication plans for the re-organisation of the teams so that they aligned to the global structure. I was responsible for rigourous performance management and counselled poor performers to either meet the expectations or leave the organisation. I influenced the organisation through Learning and Development initiatives to become more resilient. I engaged Leadership on engagement and culture surveys and made recommendations for improvement.
