I am a vibrant human resource professional with 10 years of proven experience. I am currently on the job market, ready to report for duty immediately. Over the ten of my experience, I have gained immense knowledge and experience on how to effectively implement human resources strategies. I have also learnt and appreciated that human resources occupy the core organisations and their effective management can guarantee productivity. In my professional career, I have mainly performed generalist duties which allowed me to implement and advise on all human resources functions. The functions include but not limited to selection and recruitment, employee compensation, policies, performance management and employee relations.
