MOTIVATION AS TO WHY I DESERVE THIS POSITION First and foremost, I believe that I have proven with my current working history that I have worked extensively hard to be promoted from a Sales consultant to Sales team leader to health insurance specialist. I am a highly motivated individual and inspire all I meet. I believe always in going the extra mile with regards to my work as this will assist in reaping the rewards. I have grown and developed in my field and I believe I have become an expert. I thrive to succeed in everything I do, whilst always maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Success means everything to me and I believe that I have gained a lot of sales, customer service, claims and administration experience. I’ve also gained experience with working and actively communicating to customers as I have great communication skills and am a people’s person. I am a very sociable individual always wanting to empower myself with knowledge and aspiring to learn from others as well. I work well under pressure and with different types of people as humility is one of my many traits. I am also eager to learn and develop more and believe, I will succeed in all my future endeavours.
