I have done call Centre at men's clinic international from 2013 to 2015 booking clients for appointment, assist with walk-ins, making follow up on clients, answering calls at high volume and data capturing. In 2015 March i worked at Department of Labour (Compensation fund) as a Senior Admin Clerk (Claims Processor) processing invoices of people injured at work, accepting medical reports, preparing claims for adjudication and dealing with challenging clients. The contract ended April 2109.
