In order to ensure that all Training departments meet current and future needs of all stakeholders, I have developed strong relationships between the engineering department and external stakeholders, several industries, but specific with Mechanical Supply Industries, to co-ordinate and adapt the needs of Industry with course material. To accomplish this, I had to develop course material of several subjects to get the course outcomes on par with Industry needs. To ensure that students achieve the best qualification relevant to Industries or Companies, I focus on work-based experience and therefore require students to complete projects which are job related with their trainers or supervisors as part of the support team. It is of paramount importance to have effective relationships between Industry and other Vocational Institutions to ensure quality training for students and to keep them motivated to have the desire to succeed in life!
