I have recently completed a practically-intensive journalism diploma at Rosebank College which equipped me not only with writing skills but also a comprehensive understanding of current affairs and politics in South Africa. I am passionate about journalism practices and news media and its contribution to democracy in the country. I am a hard worker and have a committed interest in the profession and believe this opportunity will help me kick start my journalism career. I am a digital native and have developed a critical understanding of multimedia journalism as well as how newspapers need to publish and promote their content on social media.
