Over the years growing up, and also as a student I have built up all the skills that I have today that I believe will be of great value to your organization not forgetting my one year of working experience at Bell equipment where I had a platform to better of the skills and qualities that I have. I am team player, I believe that inorder to achieve difficult projects and tasks you have to work with other people and you have to bring in their skills and their experiences. Here, I was able to flourish as an effective communicator that was able to ensure that all team members' needs were both communicated effectively to the team and met to the clients' highest level of satisfaction. I am able to work under pressure, I actually prefer work where the pressure is on cause I believe that this is where I am at my best. I am very good at building relationships with team members, clients and other employees and I feel this will benefit this organization since communication is the key to everything. As an Industrial engineer I believe being able to communicate is key since we work with and around people with different thoughts and views, we spend time improving working environments for different types of people where you have to sometime be required to explain to them about your implementation and how it will benefit them as the workers and also how it will make their work more effective and efficient. Highlights of my career are not as many but on my previous role I was able to implement new improvement opportunities that decreased or reduced time to do specific work in most of their departments. Also, I hope to grow as both an employee of this team and as a professional in this role. In this new role, I am willing to work diligently to meet the needs of the company and to become a productive part of the team as quickly as possible.
