I am a diligent, hardworking Human Resources Volunteer with three (3) years and six months of work experience in running the HR Department for Ikhwezi Welfare Organisation and its sub-organisational structure called Ekuphumuleni Kwamashandu Old Age Home under I Lembe District Municipality. I have furthered my studies with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) for the Senior and FET phase, where I specialise in teaching Economic Management and Sciences (EMS) and Business Studies (BS). I have obtained an excellent communication and leadership skill as I am the one to ensure that there are no loop, holes in my department and end-user computing skills that I practically did at the university. Through my working experience as an HR volunteer I have gained an advantage of being able to teach my future students about the real practices that they will undergo in the real cooperate world. I am a hardworking female who commits herself on doing what she is tasked to do, I am punctual and patient. I conduct my self in a professional manner. I work well both under supervision and individually, I also manage well under pressure i.e., dealing with different behaviour and attitudes from my students and collegues
