In June 2019 I had call center training Harambee where I got to learn more about the industry. I also gained a lot of confidence in myself and got to learn on how to become a good employee. I received skills such as good business communication, computer skills such as: Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint. I started working for RCS GROUP in August where I was a inbound and outbound agent. At rcs I got to learn more about the call center environment and also got exposed to working under pressure as I had to make target. I got a lot of experience as I worked for RCS GROUP for full 8 months. I got lot of advanced systems skills as I got to use systems such as alpha+, multi media, avaya and secure x. I am working with a group by the name of enkosi foundation where by we help youth in our area to involve themselves in sport and art. The organisation organization does local fashion shows and modeling pageants. In the organisation we also host drug awareness and fight against gangsterism.
