I'm a father of two married (Customary) I live in Westgate Pmb 15min drive to town and Mkondeni, have worked for Eskom for 10yrs as a CO construction official in MEW dept Major Engeneering Works. I like solving work related challenges, in the last or for about five years I was appointed as a safety Rep. On site I've driven a bob cat, dumper & code 10 up to code 14 trucks manual and automatic driving around Kzn. I am able with to work within a team be it a team leader or a member as well as working by my myself. I am skilled on house and industrial electrical wiring and maintenance. I have successfully led teams on a couple of projects. From 2016 up to 2019 I moved from site to do office work working as a Assist. CO Assistant Contracts Officer doing mainly data capturing i.e. requesting contractors to do work on behalf of Eskom, creating task orders as per eskom stipulations and therefore paying invoices upon completion of each task. Holding meetings with contractors to address as per eskom policy updates dealing with late invoices and highly inflated invoices and late payments amongst other invoice related issues.
