As a Sales Executive & Leadership Trainer, he has deep experience selling, designing and delivering professional services to General Managers, HRD, and L&D Managers within multi-national firms. As an IT Consultant in his early career, from1998 to 2004, Paul developed a good technical foundation in Oracle full life cycle software development and solid business / consulting skills. However, his exposure to solution selling / professional services pre-sales at Dimension Data in Johannesburg led to his passion for B2B Business Development and HR Learning and Development consulting– both having a strong people focus. In terms of tertiary education, he has a BCom Honors Degree from Rhodes University in South Africa. Both parents from Scotland also makes him a British citizen.
