I am a qualified Human Resources professional with 7 (seven) years’ experience. I hold a B-Tech degree in Human Resources Management as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, both of which I obtained from the University of Johannesburg. The experience I possess was gained through working for Companies in various industries, dealing with employee relations related matters irrespective of the intricacy of same. I have also successfully dealt with Employee Relations processes including but not limited to: • Consulting and advising clients with regards to labour related matters, LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA etc • Investigating misconduct and Chairing disciplinary inquiries, Grievance hearings, • Investigating incapacity due to poor work performance and Ill health/injury, sexual harassment, • CCMA conciliations and arbitrations, and • I have also worked with various trade unions.
