I am also experienced in general office administration - emailing, phone calling, minute taking, e-filing, filing and I am also familiar with the Microsoft Office package. I am also experienced in working along with management - in terms of application screening, interview procedures and processes and short listing potential candidates. I also have background knowledge of sales and customer service skills. So I am very flexible in communicating with people from different ages, races and backgrounds.
