I am passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and holistic living by preaching and teaching on how to go back to eating clean and staying clean as best as we can through fresh produce with minimal chemicals such as the GMO and additives we currently find in almost all our foods. Leading a healthy lifestyle is possible for both adults and the little ones I currently hold a Certificate in Managing Health and Nutrition in adverse conditions and I am currently enrolled in Consumer Science: Food and nutrition degree, which helps us look further into the human body and what we need. I prepare meals according my clients diet plan.
