I am a BSc (Biomedicine) graduate of the Pearson Institute of Higher Education. My qualification covered a broad spectrum of medical sciences such as medical bioethics, pharmacology and clinical trials but it also equipped us with the basic understanding of concepts such as project management, accounting as well as sales and marketing. Over the years I have been involved in several community initiatives. Currently I work for Adcock Ingram Healthcare as a marketing assistant in the prescription division. I assist with brands that fall under the following divisions: - ARVs - Pain - Ophthalmics - GIT & Biosimilars I have been a team leader for the NPO Cheesekids for Humanity and a platoon captain and spokesperson for the City of Johannesburg EMS Cadets in Florida. These positions have taught me how to be a team player first and a leader second to that. I’m quick to learn and easily adaptable. I pay meticulous attention to detail and my time management skills allow me to perform well under pressure.
