I'm currently working in regulatory and my time management and prioritization skills come in handy as I always have multiple projects that I have to manage. I do a lot of research work when developing new projects. I'm involved in ensuring products under development go through all necessary studies such as stability and efficacy studies before they are submitted for registration. I'm also responsible for our international registration in SADC region and abroad countries. I ensure local and international registrations are renewed before expiration date. I'm self motivated and I am generally an optimistic person who believes that there is good in every bad situation. I'm someone who strives under challenges therefore a job that is challenging like regulatory which enhances skill you already have and forces you to develop certain skills in order to succeed in it is my key motivator. I'm goal and results orientated. I get to develop products and see them through until they are submitted for registration. It is very filling for me and motivates me to always aim beyond what is expected of me. Knowing that my what we do, at the end of the day produces products that changes lives is my biggest motivation. It keeps me going and pushes me to deliver and do only the best when doing my job.
