I completed my Advanced Diploma (4th year) in Fashion at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town in 2020. My long term goal is to advance my fashion skills and knowledge by continuing to further my studies into postgraduate level in the future as I have developed passion for research. I also intend to pass on the knowledge I have acquired to individuals who are passionate about fashion as I am. With my ambition and the field experience I possess, my plan is to be part of something greater where I would bring my expertise and knowledge while learning and growing as a fashion designer. Over the past four years that I have spent solely studying, researching and executing ideas in the fashion course, I have acquired numerous skills and capabilities to apply in this field which includes designing, sourcing, strategic planning, pattern-making, grading, sewing, garment control and abilities to innovate and create. In addition to my creativity and talent, I am eager to learn new things in a daily basis, self-motivated and reliable in both independent and team-work settings. I am no stranger to a challenge as my 3rd and 4th year compulsory collections taught me to be resilient and push myself to my limits.
