I have a keen interest for Social Work position seen advertise online because I have the necessary skills and experience that is required. I am able to implement social development programmes in community. I had been supervising a team of 10 social auxiliary workers who have been implementing in school and out of school teen parenting workshops. My work involved of community engagement, site visits where workshops have been implemented, monitoring and evaluating the data to ensure it has aligned with funders requirements. I have a variety of experience in working with different kinds of people and community. I was also providing referral to clients to ensure they are linked with relevant services, which we do not provide in our organisation. My work experience has enabled me to get along well with a wide variety of people and I enjoy establishing strong relationships with the people that I work with. I have also developed great communication skills, recruitment and organisational skills, which I believe will make a real contribution to your organisation.
