I hold an experience of about ten years in this field. In addition, my experience at Sanda Skills Development, Signa Academy and LFP Group has certainly enhanced and improved my leadership abilities, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment . I already have a good command over spoken and written English However, working at Signa Academy and LFP Group has certainly improved my Facilitation skills, Assessor Skills, Moderation Skills, leadership qualities as well as my knack t o direct and administer subordinates efficiently. In addition, I have also learned how to liaise with different kinds of people up to senior management, run and manage Classroom independently. I have also worked with Butterworth High School dealing with sc hool finance administration and SGB and Sasol a position of Management, I have undoubtedly enhanced my capability to guide, administer and oversee subordinates efficiently. In addition, I have also developed certain techniques to work under pressure and ab ility to work in a team environment with good interpersonal and good organizational skilled.
