I’m currently a Registered Nurse at Netcare Sunward park working in a Medical ward as a transfer from Rand hospital multidisciplinary ward. I’ve started my training as a pen1 in November 2007 and I graduated as an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary in March 2009. Through the passion and enthusiasm I have, I availed myself to different Netcare hospitals to do overtime and through that opportunity I worked selflessly which led to permanent employment at Netcare Rand Hospital in November 2010. Through hard-working and dedicated, I was sent to school to continue with my studies as I am now a Registered Nurse. Over and above the nursing skills acquired, I have adapted well to the evolution of human behavior in the workplace and acquired skills to manage and develop people which are pertinent to a sound labor relations climate in any organization. My knowledge skills, work experienced and interpersonal skills, I have adequately prepared myself to handle the challenges.
