• Update MFD’s(Mechanical Flow Diagram), Isometric drawings, P&ID drawing to as built on site. Ensuring that equipment or piping drawings are compiling with on site status and design, operating conditions parameters captured correctly on drawings, also bill of material (BOM) are as per material specifications and stress analysis is performed on piping by Stress engineers. • Legal compliance on Pressure Equipment: My duty is to ensure that all pressure vessels inspection schedules are done as planned frequencies and ensure that equipment are available prior scheduled inspections date. Where the equipment is not available my duty is to ensure that delay request is done and approved by all relevant disciplines, such as Reliability Engineers, GMR 2.1 appointee as per OSH ACT, AIA manager prior the scheduled due date. Ensuring that activities are planned prior to the execution of statutory inspection of the equipment and latest task sheets are available and deviations are corrected as per recommended issued after inspections. • Trouble shooting or Fault finding Assisting Foreman's / supervisors/ group leader with fault finding or troubleshooting on plant equipment. • Eliminate breakdowns and defects, maintain plant stability by: ALL defects that require welding work are address by compiling repairs approvals and correct welding procedure is followed and approved by manufacturing AIA inspectors. Ordering the material by following material specification guidelines also assisting Buyer if additional information regarding material specification is required. Following work management processes during the planning of execution of defect on site. • Develop detailed scope of work for maintenance projects: By ensuring that the project objectives are clearly defined. Ensuring that project technical justification is developed, and project enters rolling capital plan, project problems are understood, and associated project risk are identified and rated by using risks matrix. Develop a schedule program and critical path been identified and all required resources for the project, then monitoring and control and the project closure. • Maintain assets through different maintenance methodologies to improve asset integrity and availability by: Ensuring that the plant assets are maintained, and they perform their intended function by developing maintenance strategies, where FMEA analysis is performed by team of an expects. My duty is to ensure that all design information's are available and captured correctly prior to an expects meeting, and records of previous inspection, equipment drawing are available. Thereafter arrange an expects meeting where Risk based inspection review (on Pressure Equipment) and FMEA analysis is conducted where strategies will be developed where failure modes will be addressed. Ensuring that job grouping becomes schedules on SAP system. Arrange and be part of strategy review to measure the effectiveness of the running strategies. • Involvement in RBIs(Risk Based Inspections) for statutory inspection on pipelines and mechanical equipment. • Do risk review for non-routine tasks and concessions. • Facilitate PDA’s(Potential Deviation Analysis) prior to non-routine tasks execution. • Application of health, safety and environmental regulation within the working environment (OHS act)
