I am Nitesh Goyal. I have total exp of around 8 years in IT industries (5 years as software Developer, 2 years as Technical Lead 1 year as Technical Architect). My primary experience (7 years) is in implementation of integration projects using TIBCO suite of products like BW, EMS, AS, Admin and Hawk. Also, I have 3 years of exp in Product data management also using TIBCO MDM. I have good experience in other IT skills as well such as Java, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX etc. I have worked in Agile and Waterfall software development methodology. Aprt from this, I keep upgrading my self with latest skills in Market. Mule soft which is an another integration technology, was my successful learning in last year. Now-a-days, I am focusing more in Machine learning and data analytics are like Python, ETL and Ab Initio. I have experience in People management as well. I have experience of working in US, facing customer and end users directly. My hard working skills, helping and motivating team, positive attitude towards work and problem solving and analytical skills have always been appreciated by my manager and customers. I have good exposure of working in innovation area as well. I have innovated many processes and tools to optimize work efficiently. Many times, I have been awarded by CTO of my company for Best team player and working in Innovation area.
