Nigel is an innovator and a civil engineer by training, with experience designing and developing data-driven and analytics solutions for new mobility products. With excellent technical and creative problem-solving skills, Nigel combines these capabilities to approach complex problems using a combination of design and systems thinking. In this way, he synthesizes ideas and processes into actionable tasks and functional technology products and services. Nigel is a multi-disciplinary team player and has participated in projects which identify and deliver new business cases and institutional arrangements for new urban transport systems using data and new technology as the primary enabler. He has contributed to developing high level strategic policy advice where he used data and systems modelling to support government and city urban transport restructuring programs in Africa and Latin America.
