I am a qualified television and film editor with around 7 years of experience gaining numerous skills in the industry. I have worked on a large variety of television programmes, ads, promotional and corporate videos as well as film trailers, learning to meet deadlines and to manage my projects efficiently. I have also worked with a variety of directors, learning to work with different kinds of people with their own, different and unique vision for their projects. Through all this and as well as working in different genres and styles I have developed my editing and storytelling skills to a level where I would definitely be an asset for any production house/company. I am mainly an offline editor, and it will always be my first preference, but I have also gained a lot of experience as an online editor, especially working with inserts on a daily basis. I am also Mac literate and I am also trained and skilled in more than one editing program. Beside all the skills and experience I have gained over the past years and also winning a shared award (ATKV-Mediaveertjie) on one of the inserts I worked on, I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I absolutely love learning new things and gaining new skills and thus would also like to grow as an individual as well as an editor but also grow and excel together with the company.
