I have the ability to get the best out of people due to the ability to discover their weak and strong points. Communication is very important to me so that people can understand the way forward and what the sacrifices are going to be. I lead by example - I won't ask any person working with me to do something that I won't do myself. Set clear goals and get input from staff for their buy -in. Know your people i.e any emotional / personal issues that they might have that will have an effect on their work and productivity.
