Good Day, I would like to apply for the above position, I have applied online however I feel that my CV does not always give a full comprehension of what I can do, and therefore attached supporting documentation of my previous projects that I've managed, from deployment to sign-off. I have personally designed, managed and signed-off projects for Afrisam, Coleus, Netcare, Restonic, Trencon, King Korn, Tiger brands, Eskom, WBJV Maseve, Watch Tower, Transnet. I've also worked on other projects in a project team, either under Project Managers/Project Engineers. My field of expertise is in pressurized reticulation systems, Hydraulic and pneumatic. Managing and supplying of BMS management systems to machinery, Energy management and auditing on Feedback data. the design of these systems including, FEA, shop drawings, tolerance limits and fits, analysis on energy consumptions, the use of materials during fabrication lost, stock and fabricated weights for Composites, Plastics, Polymers, and Steel, positional location of moving parts, nesting and fabrication of plate on different types of CNC machines, such as Bystronic, Salvagnini, Ficep, (Press-Brake, Plasma, Laser, Rotary Mills, CNC Lathes Quality management systems in accordance with ISO, for welding, Pressure vessel importation, machine compliance for ASME, EN, CE DIN in accordance to the PER, SABS and SANS standards. in total i have 7 years in project management, project estimation, contractor management, risk management, project implementation and sign-off. I currently work for IMAB power in production department, as design detailer and production co-ordinator in the manufacture of Eskom Suspension/Transmission MASTs and Sub-stations, involves steel fabrication and galvanizing, on a Large Scale. We manage this entire process on software from Ficep called Steel Projects, from quoting to design to nesting, material procurement to the manufacturing of components, dispatching of goods, finally shipping of these goods to the relevant in house stores as stock or, shipped to the relevant customers. The software in which I do my works and am fully proficient are listed below. Autodesk - CAD, CAD Mechanical, Inventor, HSM, Nastran, CFD Microsoft - Excel, Word, Projects. Steel Projects PLM (very powerful fabrication Management program) - the listed modules I can operate are Project manager, Fabrication Job, Plate and Profile nesting, Production manager, Stock, Packing list, Analysis and control.
