My name is Nhlanhla Balati I am a recent graduate from University of South Africa. I am currently studying Bachelor of Arts Honours in Criminology. I am looking for opportunities such as graduate internships and entry level jobs. The roles I am looking for include Administrator, Marketing assistance, Research assistance, Organisational development and Probation officer roles. These are roles that match my skills and career priorities, and as a recent graduate I have been actively involved in a lot of roles throughout my term of studying. I have gained various skills such administrative skills, management skills including technical skills. I believe I have much to offer if I am offered an opportunity. What makes me suitable for various roles is through my experiences off-campus, I have developed several skills that make me a good fit. I have also worked and still work intensively with my community and other non-profit organisations. Through my term of volunteering at other organisations, I have acquired certifications and developed skills such as administration skills, Research skills, Technical Leadership, Customer satisfaction and Risk Management skills. In my recent job as a volunteer at the University of South Africa as a student mentor to undergraduate students where I helped them to integrate at the higher education institution. I am proud to say that during my time there, the student mentees enjoyed unparalleled success and this made them saw an increase in their academic results. My background in generating innovative ideas and strategies has provided me with a deeper understanding of multifaceted problems that organisations encounter in their daily operations. Moreover, because of my academic background, personal experience and volunteer work experiences, I fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary environment. I am creative and my flexibility to handle change or pressure is always excellent, I am a disciplined individual who is receptive because I always try to bring out the best in me. I also describe myself as very charismatic person and I always turns a negative situation into a positive one around me.
