I am a qualified and experienced Production manager and chef who's worked in Event planning and catering, A la Carte restuarants and retail/production factories. I have experience in preparing all mainstream dishes as well as exotic, vegan and other dietary specific menus. I have also gained experience in teaching children as well as adults and young adults in cooking, menu development and food preperation. I started out my career pre-qualification in food stalls and food trucks and post-qualification in family restaurants and hotels. In my career, I have also established two working two new kitchens in South Africa and Lesotho and have traveled to China, Thailand, Japan, USA, Mexico, France, India and Kenya to learn more of their culinary cultures. I am fiercely loyal and look forward to any opportunity and challenge.
