I have completed a National Diploma in Environmental Sciences at the Tshwane University of Technology and I am currently enrolled for Part-time Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Sciences at the same institution. I have in excess of three (3) years of experience in the field of Environmental Management (Integrated Environmental Management) which I acquired whilst in the employee at GIBB (Pty) Ltd. I am currently employed as a Site Environmental Officer at Qubekela Projects Cc (Construction) responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental Authorization (EA), Environmental Management Programs (EMPr), and implementing the conditions thereof for a Rand Water Pipeline projects. My key experience includes assisting on various components of Environmental Impact Report (EIR) writing, Environmental Basic Assessment Report (BAR) writing, proposal writing, Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) compilation, Environmental Auditing, Water Use License Applications, Atmospheric Emission License (AUL), Section 24G Applications in terms of NEMA and water monitoring. I have a strong knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Regulations including the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA), Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations and other relevant legislation such as the MPRDA, NEMWA, NEMA: QA etc. I am very motivated, detail oriented, committed person who can work independently and in a team applying problem-solving skills.
