I would like to introduce myself as a hardworking, dedicated & very independent individual. I am family orientated and enjoy spending my free time with my children. I consider myself to be an asset to any company because I am driven and always strive to do my best in anything thrown my way. I am seeking stability and growth within a stable company and am eager to share my experiences and knowledge gained over the past 24 years My independence and ability to learn has taken me to where I am today. My career path has allowed me to experience a variety of skill which makes me adaptable to any environment in the workplace. I have worked in various fields building years of experience in Administration, buying, office support, PA to Directors, Operations, Customer Service, Project planning and office management. Working for a corporate company has strengthened my abilities as a leader, molding me and giving me the confidence to be exceptional, personally and professionally. Working for CCOM Communications and ICTGlobe Management, I was giving the opportunity to startup the Operations Department for the company. Starting this venture has taught me leadership skills allowing me to grow as a person. Building this department was my goal. I have drawn up and implemented Standard Operating procedures, paperwork, processes within the company and managed all operations from the beginning to end. 3 Years later ICTGlobe has ventured into starting a new Customer Service Desk in CT, which I had the pleasure of implementing and getting off the ground. This role was challenging but rewarding. I was responsible for planning, hiring, structure and implementation of the Customer Service Desk Nationally. For 2 years while in this role as Customer Service Manager, I have had the pleasure of mentoring and developing young customer service agents & Admin personal introducing them to a nurturing environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. This in turn has made me the person I am today My objectives are not only to better myself but to guide and better others around me.
