I have gained many years of experience and skills which I apply in all my roles, I believe that the core of any business is its people and it is key that employees have a clear understanding of what the business expectations are of them. People development allow for individuals to take ownership of their roles and their own growth. I have established to call centre environments and managed all areas of the environment eg, business processes, people management, system enhancements, New business acquisitions, collaboration with other environments and external vendors to mention a few areas. I have managed campaigns and projects from inception and work according to timelines and delivery dates. Planning and organising is one of my stronger skills. I am versatile, adaptable and always eager to learn.
