Secondly, I have exceptional organization skills as a result I thrive on order, structure and an office that runs smoothly. You can depend on me to manage and support all aspects of the executive/entrepreneur work, including scheduling and calendar management, call screening, messaging, text and email management. Also letter writing, spreadsheet, and presentation preparation, travel and logistic arrangements, internet research and event planning. Thirdly, to ensure your office operates at maximum efficiency, I have a wide range of business tools and software packages, including Microsoft Office, Goggle G-Suite. I also make use of different apps, which will mean that your office will run the same. I have various diploma’s and certifications to support my career. I am currently located in Adelaide, Eastern Cape, South Africa and have a full home office setup complete with 4G internet, printer, scanner, unlimited long-distance data calls.
