I am a responsible, reliable, trustworthy and a hard working person who is capable of working under pressure. Punctuality is my main priority and I am able to put in extra hours wherever possible. I find myself smart, well groomed, disciplined and consistent worker. I am less critical more patient and understanding and think positively at all times. I adhere to policies and procedures at my work environment. I believe that whatever work we do, we should do it brilliantly and give it our best ability we can. Engaging in team-work will make it easier to work ahead with hope and we can learn from others. By me working in this field I will meet people with different personalities and nationalities. I have worked for Absa since 2005 till 2016 been a teller- process western union and forex transactions, authorise and override transactions for tellers, help tellers balance when they had differences, treasury custodian, helped out at enquiries when the teller department was quite, also when we short staff at enquiries, filled in for sales support and branch administrator. Also was the Atm Custodian. Passed on leads to the consultants on a regular basis. I helped our customer service and hosting manager with performing of her weekly and monthly checks, stood in as manager on Saturdays to save cost for our branch, also in her absence, whereby I was responsible for 3 Customer Services Clerks and 4 Tellers and 1 Treasury Custodians.
