I am an admitted attorney with more than 7 years legal experience. I have worked within a corporate environment and worked in private practice as an employee as well as practicing for my own account for 3 years. I have as a result, gained a vast range of expertise and knowledge in various aspects of Law, such as, but not limited to, Criminal and Civil Litigation as well as Family Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, Contract Law, Sugar Law, Intellectual Property, Law of Succession and Company Secretarial work. From my legal experience I have developed extensive skills in overall litigation, corporate and commercial contracts, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Legal Advising. I am able to efficiently and speedily interpret and understand legislation and meticulously attend to the drafting and vetting of numerous contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, Compliance Risk Management Plans, Policies and Procedures and Legal Opinions.
