• Deal with operation and maintenance of the Reverse Osmosis Plants • Make plans to deal any trouble shootings related to operation and timely CIP membranes, disinfection • Deal with Bio-fouling and Scaling of membranes • Remove Biological fouling from sodium hypo chlorite, biocide, H2O2 and SMBS • Remove inorganic fouling from HCL acid, H2SO4, citric acid at pH 2 • Backwashing process (Sand Filter, membranes, Carbon Filter) • Operational and maintenance work of feed pump, sand filter, carbon filter, membranes, high pressure multistage pump, auto valves • Deal with start-up and shut down procedures and equipment safety
