I am a construction works manager (building and civil's) However the first 10 years of my life were spent working in the nature conservation industry. First a member of the South African Police Counter Insugency Unit in the Kruger National Park and Thembe Elephant Reserve. (SAP from 1982 to 1986) After which i worked for a private safari company as as both a ranch manager and resident professional hunter. (1987 to 1992) In 1993. Due to personal reasons. I deciced to take up employment in the construction industry. Although through all the years i have spent all my free time in the bush. Having spent the last 8 years in the Middle East on heavy civils work. I have decided it is time to return to my roots. Especially in light of the recent developments regarding the increase in poaching and the threat to game in general. Having grown up on a farm with Afrikaans neighbours and Zulu and Xhosa speaking staff. I am able to speak more than only my mother tongue. Regards Morton
