I have a Master’s degree in Communication Science, a BA Honours degree in Corporate and Marketing Communication (cum laude), a BA degree in Corporate and Marketing Communication (cum laude) and a certificate in Disability Studies in Education. I have 8 years’ work experience in the private and public Higher Education sectors. My experience includes working as a Head of Programme, Lecturer, Tutor, Postgraduate Research Supervisor, Reviewer, working closely with students living with disabilities and serving on the Student Representative Council (SRC) executive committees. I have sufficient experience in project management and exceptional interpersonal communication and networking skills. I have chaired meetings and presented at numerous local and international conferences. My managerial experience includes providing strategic leadership and supervision to junior staff, tutors, lecturers, developers and external moderators. I am fluent in English, Sesotho and Setswana, and have a basic understanding of South African Sign Language, Sepedi, isiXhosa, isiZulu and Afrikaans. I am mobile and in possession of a valid driver’s license.
