I started working at Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance as a documentation clerk then moved to Momentum Group, working at first as a New Business administrator. I then moved to another role as a Service Administrator, Death Claims Assessor then finally as a Wealth New Business Specialist. With these roles, I learnt how to be assertive, how to deal with conflict and emotional intelligence. I am meticulous, positive and committed. I have good interpersonal communication skills and have used this skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that they receive the best service at all times. I also have good organizational skills, problem solving skills and am highly competent with computer systems. I am innovative, always working to find a more efficient and effective way of working.
