I am a chef with 15 years of experience behind me in the culinary arts and have established myself as a strong hot kitchen chef and with exceptional pastry skills and the ability to lead a team to great heights when in the position of sous chef, head chef or executive chef. I HAVE GAINED ENOMOUS SKILLS AND FUSED THEM WITH MY CREATIVE TALENTS TO BRING OUT THE BEST IN ME. This was of course gained via working and learning from different chefs and working in different kitchens as shown in my c.v. I specialize in banqueting, portable dining, fine dining ,sauce making and also a brief influence on molecular gastronomy. I am strong, creative, level headed and a very good person to work with.
