I have spent 3 years as a Data capturer with Nucleus supply chain management, and also assisting site managers at different sites within the company. Due to my excellent performance and quick knowledge of the transport industry, I was then promoted as a site supervisor where I worked with the company for three years as well. Because of the urge to further my knowledge, I accepted an offer presented to me by another company called GMR Freights, were I was appointed as a Special project coordinator. With further interest in IT, this was an additional opportunity to learn more. At the beginning of the year, I was given 3 weeks to learn a new system called Freightware which included mobile device controls for drivers, which I did. I then had to train all employees from all sites, including the director of the company. Although I didn't study to be a special project coordinator, I was able to master most of its roles and responsibilities.
